Send corrections, method questions and factual disputes to one address. Include the page, the sentence you dispute and a source URL with the date you captured it.

We correct a figure when the source page changes or the source was misread. We do not change
a score because a vendor asks us to. A changed score is logged on the method page with the date.
Corrections
Write the page URL, the exact sentence, the new value and the source URL. We check the source, update the page and note the change under the page's date line.
Method questions
If a rule on the method page is unclear, ask which dimension and which scale point you mean. We answer with the rule text and an example.
Vendor requests
A vendor that wants a different position needs a documented feature that changes a score under the published rules. Send the feature page URL; we score it the same way as every other tool.
